Here’s my dog, Gypsy, sleeping with her tongue out, as she often does.

My dog often sleeps with her tongue hanging out of her mouth. Unfortunately, in filming, I accidentally woke her up, but you can see how it’d been and how it will be as she falls back asleep. Apologies for the terrible video quality. I tried to make up for it with an inexplicable soundtrack.

[That’s the last of the photos of Gypsy in costumes, so don’t unfollow yet. Christmas was good. I’m not sure if writing about it is worth it or interesting, but it serves to say it was relaxing. Mostly internet-free, though, which was good/bad.]

I wanted to try and capture Gypsy’s odd walk and oddly energetic jumps up the stairs (she is an old dog but approaches stair-climbing with adorable, awkward, gusto). Unfortunately, she didn’t really hop-run-leap up the stairs or lope to her comical maximum, but here she is anyway. Not sure why the camera didn’t auto-focus. If, for some reason, you want it in HD, the option is there.
